  1. AX WiFi by EK is software designed to assist in analyzing wireless networks (Wi-Fi). The AX WiFi by EK team retains all copyrights and holds the ultimate interpretation rights.
  2. Upon installing and using AX WiFi by EK software, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these Terms.
  3. Unauthorized use or acquisition of the AX WiFi by EK source code, including illegal installation, copying, transmission, display, uploading, downloading, or any unconventional methods (such as decompiling), is strictly prohibited without the AX WiFi by EK team’s permission. Violators will be subject to legal action.
  4. By opting to install and use AX WiFi by EK software, you consent to the collection, maintenance, processing, and utilization of relevant information by the AX WiFi by EK team. This may include gathering unique system or hardware identification codes, as well as data regarding your computer, systems, application software, and peripherals. Such information is used to enhance AX WiFi by EK products and services, provide software updates, product support, and other related services. The AX WiFi by EK team assures that this information will not be actively disclosed to third parties.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all materials and information provided on AX WiFi by EK, including text, images, data, suggestions, web pages, or links, are the property of the AX WiFi by EK team. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, completeness, adequacy, and reliability, the team does not guarantee these aspects and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions. No express or implied warranties, including ownership, non-infringement of third-party rights, quality, and absence of computer viruses, are made.
  6. Access to advanced functions of AX WiFi by EK requires user validation through the network. AX WiFi by EK must connect to its server via the network for verification. While efforts are made to ensure stable and reliable connections, the team does not guarantee the absence of issues with links and third-party hosting platforms. The team is not liable for any delays in using AX WiFi by EK due to network problems.
